Training system

The CogniCone Training System was brought to life by coaches committed to smart football training methodologies. The birth of the product was supported by youth players and their families who believe that team sports must evolve towards a quick and spectacular play style in order to tackle the challenges of today’s media.
Team sports, especially football, places growing emphasis on creative, quick teamplay. Advanced cognitive skills are the very basis of this.
CogniCone training helps youth players to gradually build up cognitive skills between the age 8 and 15. The training plan starts with isolated exercises that ensure spatial awareness and continuous information gathering becomes an instinct. Later on - in pair games – our training program helps develop quick information processing skills and sport specific decision making until youth players can effectively be involved in our small-team games, where all these skills will start working under high game-pressure.
In the later phase of CogniCone training the same high level of cognitive behaviour will be reached in various game situations and the so called cognitive-stamina will be enhanced and maintained.
